Outreach Center is a non-profit corporation that provides tuition
subsidized psycho-educational services for men and women who have
committed simple assault, domestic abuse or domestic violence. It
is DOC's belief that the incidence of domestic violence or abuse
can be reduced significantly by having offenders participate in
this twenty-four week group training program. DOC serves people
who have been court ordered under the Pennsylvania Protection from
Abuse Laws and for people needing to attend an ARD program for
anger management classes. |

effectively minimize domestic abuse in your community by teaching
accountability and responsibility for one's own behavior. |
| Philosophies |
- The only
person you can control is yourself.
- If you
continue to do what you've done, you'll continue to get what
you've got.
- If you
can't change your mind, then you can't change anything.
- If you
know the whys you can design the hows.
- As
important as why inappropriate behavior occurs, is why the
behavior is inappropriate.
